Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will assist customers in French and English, providing friendly, solution‑focused service through chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and calls.
• Guide customers step‑by‑step to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual support is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar customer‑service platforms.
• Basic knowledge of e‑commerce and CRM systems.
