Warehouse Supervisor – Shift Lead

About the role

Cytiva is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the on‑site warehouse team in Tienen. You will be responsible for managing daily shift activities, ensuring accurate inventory handling, and driving continuous improvement within a fast‑paced life‑sciences environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warehouse team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Prioritize and balance daily shift work, ensuring timely inbound and outbound logistics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by executing SAP transactions, weekly and yearly cycle counts, and handling MRB and E&O processes.
• Oversee inbound activities such as supplier deliveries and hardware rentals, and outbound activities including order picking, shipping, and internal requests.
• Promote Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and drive day‑to‑day performance improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of first‑line warehouse leadership experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and ability to deliver results under pressure.
• People‑coaching mindset with a focus on team engagement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP software, preferably SAP.
