Warehouse Supervisor – Frozen Warehouse

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead operations in a frozen warehouse, ensuring that warehousing processes align with corporate strategy and support growth. This role focuses on strategic planning, system development, and continuous improvement of warehouse activities.

Key responsibilities

• Establish strategic objectives and operational regulations for the frozen warehouse, designing and optimizing SOPs.
• Coordinate overseas warehouse operations, single‑piece distribution, and reverse logistics, overseeing inbound/outbound flows, inventory audits, and order fulfillment.
• Analyze operational metrics to refine workflows, improve storage efficiency, and boost order processing speed.
• Lead team development, talent cultivation, and staffing strategies to mitigate employment risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop networks of local warehousing and logistics providers, integrating multi‑party resources to deliver standardized, regionally‑adapted services.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in international logistics and knowledge of warehousing regulatory compliance (preferred).
