Warehouse Associate

About the role

As a Warehouse Associate at Legend Biotech you will support the supply chain for cutting‑edge cell therapies, ensuring that critical bio‑hazard materials are stored, documented and delivered safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Process inventory receipts, verify purchase orders and maintain quality standards using SAP and other ERP systems.
• Handle bio‑hazard products such as blood bags and viral vectors, following strict repacking and labeling protocols.
• Operate with cryogenic materials (liquid nitrogen, dry ice) while using appropriate PPE and safety procedures.
• Maintain detailed logs to comply with GMP and GDP regulations.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Work in a sterile environment, adhering to cleanliness and protective‑gear requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and help improve SOPs, work instructions and training materials.
• Assist procurement activities, keep records and resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Secondary education diploma or a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Accounting or Business Management.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Dutch.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong administrative abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and multitask.
• Continuous‑improvement and problem‑solving mindset.
• Clear communicator and effective team player.
