Waiter / Service Lead (Restaurant)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Waiter / Service Lead to join our retro Italian bistro. You will be the main point of contact for guests in the dining room, ensuring smooth service flow and a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve dishes and drinks efficiently while handling guest requests.
• Support waitstaff during busy periods and monitor service timing.
• Maintain service standards and communicate clearly with the kitchen team.
• Resolve minor guest issues professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waiter or shift leader in a hospitality setting.
• Strong service mindset with leadership qualities.
• Calm under pressure, organized and solution‑oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
