About the role
Join BAVET’s vibrant kitchen team in Antwerp and help create memorable spaghetti experiences for guests. As a Crew Member in the kitchen you will be at the heart of food preparation, ensuring every bowl is served with speed, quality and a smile.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve spaghetti bowls quickly and consistently.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen environment.
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations.
- Manage waste responsibly and promote sustainability.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- High school diploma or equivalent and willingness to learn.
- Team player who contributes to a productive work environment.
- Strong focus on safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
