Value Analysis & Engineering Project Engineer

About the role

As a Value Analysis & Value Engineering Project Engineer, you will support the development and serial production of automotive interior components from our Brussels‑area headquarters. You will work closely with European plants, suppliers and Toyota Motor to drive cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, draw and control serial production of vehicle interior parts.
• Lead cost‑reduction projects for serial models in Europe (France, Poland, Turkey) and with external suppliers.
• Prepare and order prototype parts to validate design and structural proposals.
• Conduct regular technical reviews with customers, suppliers and production sites.
• Generate new cost‑saving ideas through benchmarking and technology scouting at exhibitions.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• Fluent English (minimum B2).
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Willingness to travel abroad up to 10% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CATIA V5 (preferred).
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint.
