Account Manager – Pet Health OTC

About the role
The Pet Health OTC Account Manager will develop profitable sales of Elanco Companion Animal products across West & East Flanders, parts of Antwerp and Flemish Brabant, acting as a value‑added partner to pharmacists and their staff.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives by executing account plans with targeted pharmacy accounts.
- Present the full range of Elanco OTC products, delivering educational programs and scientific information to pharmacists and staff.
- Implement marketing programs and customer initiatives in collaboration with the marketing department to maximise product visibility.
- Maintain disciplined reporting of call reports, territory intelligence, and customer information in the CRM.
- Report any adverse events or product quality complaints in line with Elanco policies.
Required profile
- Residence in the designated sales territory.
- Higher education or bachelor’s degree.
- Experience as a sales representative in the pharmacy channel.
- Fluent in Dutch; English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a results‑driven attitude.
