Trusted Partner – CEO Right Hand

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Trusted Partner to work side‑by‑side with a successful entrepreneur and investor. This senior‑level position acts as the CEO’s right (and left) hand, providing operational, organisational, and strategic support in a fast‑moving, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dynamic international calendar with flexibility and precision.
• Lead projects from concept to execution, taking full ownership.
• Organise international travel, meetings, and events.
• Ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations behind the scenes.
• Anticipate needs, propose proactive solutions, and keep initiatives moving.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion.
• Switch effortlessly between operational execution and strategic thinking.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to think three steps ahead and thrive in ambiguity.
• Service‑driven attitude, confident yet humble.
• Mentally agile, resilient, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a hospitality mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; Italian is a significant advantage.
