Training Coordinator – ICT Security Accreditation

About the role

The Training Coordinator – ICT Security Accreditation will join NATO's Cyber and Digital Transformation Division, supporting the Cyber Readiness Section. The role is responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering learning solutions that enable ICT security accreditation across NATO programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop ICT security accreditation training curricula and materials.
• Coordinate accreditation processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver classroom and e‑learning sessions to NATO personnel.
• Maintain and update training content to reflect evolving security standards.
• Track training progress and produce reports for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training coordination or instructional design.
• Familiarity with ICT security accreditation frameworks and NATO or defence environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills for multi‑national stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
