About the role

EV-Assistance is looking for a full‑time Technicien Maintenance to join its hybrid team. You will work on‑site at client locations across the Brussels region and remotely for planning, documentation, and support. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of electric vehicle charging stations, ensuring reliable operation for office and fleet customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive inspections, functional tests, firmware updates, and component replacements on EV charging equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, executing repairs in line with safety and quality standards.
• Document all interventions, maintain accurate service records, and contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
• Interact with customers on‑site, explain work performed clearly, and support safe operation of their charging infrastructure.
• Coordinate with the support team to ensure rapid resolution of incidents and minimize downtime.

Required profile

• Strong background in equipment maintenance and repair for electrical/electronic systems.
• Experience in preventive and industrial maintenance, preferably in energy, mobility, or related fields.
• Technical education in electromechanics, industrial electricity, electronics, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards for low‑ and medium‑voltage systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Brussels and nearby areas.
