Technical Support Representative – Diagnostics

About the role

As a Technical Support Representative for Diagnostics, you will be the first point of contact for users of Hologic’s diagnostic equipment. You will provide professional, empathetic assistance via phone and email, helping customers resolve technical and application issues quickly and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails, ask targeted questions and apply structured troubleshooting.
• Deliver excellent customer support for both technical and application issues.
• Log, track and manage cases using Salesforce, ticketing systems and phone platforms.
• Follow documentation and complaint‑handling procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with other Technical Support Representatives and Technical Experts in a cross‑functional environment.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership and clear communication with the customer.
• Continuously expand product knowledge through manuals, e‑learning and hands‑on practice.

Required profile

• Fluent in German, Dutch and English (spoken and written); additional European language is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk or technical support is preferred.
• User‑level understanding of technical products or equipment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Independent, initiative‑driven with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer‑focused.
