Technical Support Representative - Diagnostics

About the role

As a Technical Support Representative for diagnostics equipment, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and empathetic assistance via phone and email. You will help resolve technical and application issues quickly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails from users of diagnostic equipment, asking the right questions to diagnose issues.
• Perform structured, logical troubleshooting and provide solutions or work‑arounds.
• Log, track and manage cases using Salesforce, ticketing systems and phone platforms.
• Follow documentation and complaint‑handling procedures to maintain compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with other Technical Support Representatives and Technical Experts in a cross‑functional environment.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and clear communication with the customer.
• Continuously expand product knowledge through manuals, e‑learning and hands‑on practice.

Required profile

• Fluent in German, Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk or technical support is preferred.
• User‑level understanding of technical products or equipment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer‑focused attitude.
