Technical Project Manager

About the role

Revalio is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead water‑technology projects from feasibility through commissioning. You will own the full project lifecycle, work closely with clients, and help drive the company’s mission of water sustainability across Belgium and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct project engineering activities such as water audits, process optimisation, techno‑economic assessments and dimensioning.
• Lead projects from feasibility studies to design, site coordination and start‑up, ensuring quality, timeline and budget targets.
• Manage suppliers, technical partners and subcontractors throughout the project.
• Serve as the primary client contact during the entire project lifecycle.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Coach and manage junior team members.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering (electromechanics, chemical, environmental, bio‑engineering or related).
• 8+ years of experience in project management, commissioning, process or project engineering within the industrial sector.
• Strong background in water treatment (industrial water, wastewater, reuse, process/drinking water) is a plus.
• Broad technical knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills, business sense and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a strong plus.
