Technical Project Manager / IT Project Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the integration of two insurance organisations. The role focuses on merging software packages and systems such as Salesforce into a single, cohesive platform that supports the entire business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional squad and act as the main spokesperson to business stakeholders.
• Manage daily team rituals, task allocation and progress tracking.
• Coordinate technical work across multiple teams and ensure alignment.
• Own project delivery, including system testing, solution architecture, and design.
• Map data between legacy and new systems and drive integration engineering.
• Maintain strong communication with both business and technical audiences.

Required profile

• Professional maturity to handle changing requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align diverse teams.
• Confident decision‑maker with a passion for technology.
• Quick learner who can grasp new environments and information rapidly.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French is a significant plus.

Required skills

• Broad technical perspective across multiple stacks.
• Experience with Salesforce, Axon, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, AWS or cloud functions (preferred).
• Ability to discuss architecture and business application technicalities.
