Technical Administrator – Planisware Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Administrator to maintain and evolve our Planisware (P4) platform. The role involves delivering new features, ensuring platform stability, and supporting large‑scale projects across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional and technical analysis for upcoming projects and translate business needs into detailed requirements.
• Configure and develop functionalities on the Planisware platform.
• Design and execute test plans, supervise testing, produce test reports and implement corrective actions.
• Document configurations, developments, and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, key users, and stakeholders throughout project committees and steering meetings.
• Provide user support, resolve incidents, and train key users on new features.
• Manage operational aspects of large projects in line with the client’s project, program, and portfolio methodologies.

Required profile

• Analyst‑developer with strong experience on Planisware (P4) and a valid Planisware certification.
• Proven ability to capture business needs and produce functional and non‑functional specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with technical teams and business users.
• Methodical, result‑oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
