DevOps Engineer / Architect (Mid‑Level)

About the role

Fincons Group is seeking a mid‑level DevOps Engineer / Architect to join its Namur office. The professional will be responsible for maintaining the existing CI/CD toolchain and leading the migration to a new platform, ensuring smooth delivery pipelines for development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support the current CI/CD suite (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Nexus, SonarQube, XL Deploy).
• Lead the design and implementation of a new CI/CD platform, migrating away from Atlassian Data Center products.
• Evaluate, select and integrate new tools to improve automation and delivery.
• Configure, test and deploy CI/CD solutions across projects.
• Define governance, best practices and produce technical documentation.
• Support and guide development teams throughout the transition.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Nexus, Bamboo, Bitbucket and SonarQube.
• Strong knowledge of GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Fluent French (C1+ level) and ability to work on‑site in Namur, Belgium.
