About the role

The Department of General and Applied Psychology seeks a Teaching Assistant to support practice‑based teaching for courses on leadership, multi‑level research, teams and work motivation.

Key responsibilities

Organise, counsel and assess practical exercises and seminars for the specified courses.
Provide content‑related support, guide students, and evaluate their performance.

Required profile

Master’s degree in Psychology, preferably Personnel Management and Industrial Psychology.
Good spoken and written English proficiency.
Relevant professional activities or experience that enhance practice‑based teaching.
Interest in teaching, academic or project‑based research, and related services.

Required skills

Ability to organise and assess practical teaching sessions.
Student guidance and evaluation capabilities.

What we offer

One‑year or until 31 December 2027 fixed‑term appointment (non‑renewable).
Salary according to AAP3 scale with standard university benefits (training, 36 days paid leave, commuting reimbursement, etc.).
