About the role

As a Tax Reward Consultant you will join a young, international advisory team that helps clients navigate the total rewards landscape. You will work on tax compliance, mobility, and reward strategy projects, including implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client compensation structures and identify tax‑efficient opportunities.
• Develop and advise on total‑reward strategies aligned with legal and tax requirements.
• Support implementation of technology solutions and databases for reward management.
• Collaborate with experts in tax, legal, communication and HR to deliver integrated solutions.
• Assist clients with cross‑border mobility and employment law matters.

Required profile

• Strong interest in people, international tax and reward topics.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to translate complex analyses into practical advice.
• High attention to data accuracy and analytical insight.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, flexible mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of tax compliance and obligations.
• Understanding of reward strategy and EU Pay Transparency Directive.
