Talent & Resource Coordinator

About the role

Threon is looking for a Talent & Resource Coordinator to grow and manage its freelance community. You will act as the bridge between client needs and the subcontractor ecosystem, ensuring the right talent is matched with the right assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate staffing across consulting and project assignments.
• Match client requirements with suitable subcontractors quickly and accurately.
• Maintain visibility on subcontractor availability, skills, and planning.
• Handle contract extensions, follow‑up, and delivery logistics.
• Develop, onboard, and nurture a strong network of freelance consultants and partners.
• Support business growth by linking talent to commercial opportunities and assisting sales teams.
• Identify risks, gaps, and extension opportunities in assignments.
• Streamline subcontractor processes and drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, resource planning, or consulting operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Hands‑on mindset with high ownership.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial awareness and interest in business growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
