About the role

Gaming1, a leading international gaming operator, is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in Liège. As a Talent Recruiter you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring a smooth, candidate‑centric experience that supports the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle from need definition to contract signing.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality talent.
• Write compelling job ads and manage postings across relevant platforms.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates using structured methods.
• Advise and partner with hiring managers throughout the decision‑making process.
• Maintain an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Participate in recruitment projects and represent Gaming1 at talent events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech, digital or fast‑growing environments.
• Strong sourcing abilities and familiarity with modern recruitment tools.
• Good understanding of IT roles or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to evaluate both technical competencies and soft skills.
• Proactive, organized and capable of handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
