Talent Development Manager – Liège

About the role

Gaming1 is seeking a Talent Development Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning, performance and leadership initiatives across its Belgian operations. The role partners with managers and HR Business Partners to ensure the workforce has the capabilities required to meet the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a talent development strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Design and roll out learning programmes for employees, managers and senior leaders.
• Identify critical competencies and future capability gaps, building structured learning pathways.
• Maintain relationships with external training providers and monitor programme effectiveness through KPIs.
• Own and refine the performance‑management framework, supporting managers with goal‑setting, feedback and reviews.
• Develop and facilitate leadership development and succession‑planning initiatives.
• Lead talent reviews, identify high‑potential talent and create career‑mobility frameworks.
• Analyse talent and performance data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development, performance management or talent management, preferably in a fast‑moving, international environment.
• Strong partnership skills with line managers and HR Business Partners.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable development plans.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
