Talent Recruiter – Liège, Belgium

About the role

Gaming1, a leading international gaming operator, is seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Liège. You will be responsible for attracting, selecting and onboarding top talent that will drive the company’s continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle from need definition to contract signing.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and write compelling job descriptions.
• Source, screen and assess candidates using structured interviews and assessment tools.
• Advise and support hiring managers throughout the decision‑making process.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Participate in recruitment‑related projects and represent Gaming1 at events and meetups.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech, digital or fast‑growing environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
• Good understanding of IT roles or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to assess both technical competencies and soft skills.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
