Talent & Organization Manager – Change Management

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Manager for its Talent & Organization team within the Strategy & Consulting practice. The role focuses on leading large‑scale change initiatives for Fortune 500 clients, helping them transform workforce, culture, and ways of working in an AI‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management strategy and execution for major transformation projects such as ERP rollouts, operating model redesigns, and digital transformations.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with C‑level stakeholders across client organizations.
• Shape, sell, and deliver consulting engagements with a strong focus on people and change enablement.
• Define change roadmaps, stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, and capability‑building approaches.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and coach junior consultants.
• Drive business development, define go‑to‑market strategies, and support practice growth in the BeLux region.
• Collaborate with CHROs and senior leaders to shape the people agenda and contribute to thought leadership, events, recruiting, and internal capability development.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of consulting or professional services experience with a strong focus on Change Management.
• Proven track record of leading change efforts in large, complex environments.
• Experience delivering change programs for at least two of the following areas: ERP implementations, operating model redesign, digital transformation.
