Talent & HR Manager

About the role

Predikt is looking for its first Talent & HR Manager to own the entire people lifecycle in a fast‑scaling deep‑tech startup. Based in Leuven, you will work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff to design and run recruiting, onboarding, development, and compensation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage an applicant tracking system (ATS), write job descriptions, source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple open roles.
• Design and execute a structured onboarding program that helps new hires become productive quickly.
• Maintain individual development plans, support managers in growth conversations, and build a learning & development framework.
• Lay the groundwork for compensation and benefits structures as the company expands.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the overall people strategy and culture.

Required profile

• Passion for building HR processes from the ground up in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong autonomy and ability to work closely with founders and senior leadership.
• Detail‑oriented mindset combined with a systems‑building approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
