Talent & Business Consultant – Life Sciences

About the role

MindCapture is seeking a proactive Talent & Business Consultant to drive both recruitment delivery and commercial growth within the life sciences sector. You will build a portfolio of clients and consultants, blending talent acquisition with business development to create lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Build long‑term relationships with HR, hiring managers, and project leads.
• Translate client challenges into concrete recruitment or consultancy solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and secure sustainable commercial agreements.
• Source, attract and qualify high‑quality consultants across R&D, engineering, quality, manufacturing and related domains.
• Conduct technical, motivational and cultural fit interviews.
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment process and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and talent availability to inform service development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, engineering, business or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of experience in recruitment, consultancy or business development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to quickly build trust and relationships with stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
