Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Cohabs, a fast‑growing company that provides flexible, fully furnished shared homes across several major cities. The role focuses on building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an excellent candidate experience as the company expands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create candidate profiles and manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer.
• Write and refine job descriptions, schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate journey.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs in competitive markets.
• Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate motivation, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview processes, gather structured feedback and keep stakeholders informed.
• Track multiple recruitment pipelines in the ATS, monitor KPIs and suggest process improvements.
• Advise managers on market realities, hiring challenges and recruitment priorities.
• Build relationships with schools, attend career fairs and support internship hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agencies, consulting firms or fast‑growing in‑house environments.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a data‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously, be proactive and challenge hiring needs with market insights.
