About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant you will connect top talent with the right opportunities for a global recruitment division based in the heart of Brussels. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to advising clients and closing successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing and placement.
• Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks and hiring strategies.
• Actively source talent through multiple channels and conduct interviews.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing, supportive team.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong plus).
• Strong initiative and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
