Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our client, a well‑recognised player in its sector based in Liège. You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from needs definition to contract signature.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Draft and publish engaging job descriptions across appropriate channels.
• Identify, screen, and assess candidates using structured interviews and relevant assessment methods.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Represent the company at career events, networking initiatives, and employer‑branding activities.

Required profile

• More than 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a dynamic or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and good knowledge of modern recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Well‑organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.

What we offer

• A yearly gross salary between €49,000 and €55,000.
