Talent Acquisition Specialist – Belgium & Netherlands

About the role

We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team in Belgium and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across Belgium and the Netherlands. The position is part of an international organization operating at the intersection of healthcare, life sciences and business execution. You will work in a collaborative, hybrid environment alongside experienced recruiters and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for commercial and medical positions such as Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, Medical Science Liaisons and Marketing roles.
• Partner with hiring managers as a proactive recruitment advisor and provide clear candidate presentations.
• Source and engage candidates through direct search, internal databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and referrals.
• Conduct structured interviews, ensure a professional candidate experience and maintain transparent communication.
• Participate in client‑facing meetings, briefings, presentations and international recruitment projects.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition colleagues and project managers across Europe and the United States.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Dutch, French and English.
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, either at an early stage or more senior level.
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech or life‑sciences environments.
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural context.
• Structured, hands‑on and people‑oriented working style with a professional, discreet and quality‑focused approach.
