Talent Acquisition Partner – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join Larcier‑Intersentia’s HR team. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for white‑collar positions, ensuring we attract and hire the talent needed to support our growth and future ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake, sourcing and selection to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, team dynamics and business objectives.
• Advise managers on market trends, candidate availability and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals and direct search.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring roles.
• Coordinate candidate screenings, interviews and assessment activities while guiding candidates through the process.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career events and university partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong experience in full‑cycle recruitment for professional positions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with managers and candidates.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize multiple requisitions and deliver a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Interest in staying up‑to‑date with labour market trends and employer branding.
