Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team in Louvain‑la‑Neuve. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for white‑collar positions, ensuring we attract and hire the talent needed to support our growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake and sourcing to selection, offer management and hiring—for white‑collar roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, team dynamics and business objectives.
• Advise managers on recruitment strategies, market trends and candidate availability.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews and coordinate assessment activities while guiding candidates throughout the process.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals and direct search.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
• Maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and stay informed on labour‑market trends.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and manage our recruitment presence on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs and build partnerships with universities and colleges.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding and support talent‑management projects.

Required profile

• Proactive, dynamic professional with strong recruitment expertise.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with managers, HR Business Partners and external partners.
• Solid understanding of white‑collar hiring needs and talent market dynamics.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruitment and employer‑branding activities.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in the organization’s culture and growth.
