About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for white‑collar positions across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, attract top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake and sourcing to selection, offer management, and hiring.
• Partner with managers and HR Business Partners to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Advise on market trends, candidate availability, and selection decisions.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and coordinate assessment activities.
• Drive a positive candidate experience and monitor recruitment KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and direct search.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring roles.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and stay informed on labour‑market trends.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other talent platforms.
• Represent the organization at recruitment events, career fairs, and university partnerships.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.
