System Engineer – Infrastructure & Cloud

About the role

Join Cream’s Infrastructure practice as a System Engineer, responsible for maintaining and evolving the server park and platform for large‑scale clients in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Energy, Pharmaceutical and Transport.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incidents, changes and troubleshooting following ITIL best practices.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for system infrastructure, including cloud (Azure) and automation tools.
• Monitor performance, advise on tuning, storage and backup optimisation.
• Create test environments, maintain up‑to‑date system documentation.
• Design, implement and improve recovery plans and infrastructure schematics.
• Contribute to long‑term projects aimed at consolidating the client infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Engineer.
• Strong autonomy combined with teamwork skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

• Windows Server 2008‑2019 and Active Directory
• Automation tools: Ansible, Puppet, Git, Zabbix
