System Administrator

About the role

The Defense Sector of Leidos is seeking a Systems Administrator to support critical Army Military Intelligence Enterprise IT systems in Mons, Belgium. You will ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted operations across a global environment while providing repair, maintenance, logistics, and engineering services for mission‑critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software and system issues across enterprise environments.
• Support system design activities including testing, implementation, and optimization.
• Maintain network security through implementation of STIGs and ongoing IAVA compliance.
• Administer and support enterprise services such as Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, MECM, WSUS, DHCP, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, backup and data protection, client imaging, and file/print services.
• Perform activities supporting Information Assurance and Network Accreditation requirements.
• Manage operating environments including Red Hat Enterprise Linux v8.10, Windows Server 2019/2022, Windows 11, VMware vSphere/ESXi, and Dell Data Domain systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI before start date.
• Active IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or higher) or ability to obtain.
• U.S. citizenship and a valid U.S. passport required for SOFA status in Belgium.
• Experience administering SCCM/MECM, Red Hat Enterprise Linux v8.10, Microsoft Exchange, and VMware environments.
