System Administrator – Digital Transformation

About the role

You will join the Digital Transformation Department of act digital, working alongside experienced system‑administration experts to ensure the reliability, performance and continuous improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting on complex incidents and infrastructure issues.
• Implement system changes, deployments and patch management.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents promptly.
• Manage and maintain virtualised environments (VMware or Hyper‑V).
• Support storage and Active Directory administration activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Curious mindset with a keen interest in technology watch and continuous learning.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SSM tools.
• Strong PowerShell scripting (mandatory for Windows Server environments).
• Experience with VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization platforms.
• Active Directory and storage administration experience.
• Experience managing large‑scale infrastructures (100+ servers across multiple locations is a plus).
