Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Support Engineer to join our Digital Workplace team in Brussels. You will be the first point of contact for users, helping them make the most of their IT services and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Digital Workplace support services across phone, ticketing portal, chat and messaging platforms.
• Assist users in the effective use of IT services, software and applications.
• Monitor, track and resolve incidents and service requests promptly.
• Perform on‑site support in Brussels for at least three days per week.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of workstation support and administration (Windows 10 and later).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Office 2016 and later).
• Basic understanding of server environments (Windows/Linux) and Active Directory.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Fluency in English and French at C1 level.
• Proven commitment to high‑quality service, ability to train others and work independently.
