Supply Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Planner to ensure reliable material availability, optimise inventory and support supplier performance across our Belgian operations. The role will coordinate with production, procurement, logistics and internal customers to maintain smooth end‑to‑end material flows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier performance and execute the supplier management plan.
• Lead inventory planning, including S&OP, rolling forecasts and working‑capital optimisation.
• Resolve supply disruptions, off‑spec material cases and oversee purchase orders, shipments and goods receipts.
• Drive cost efficiency in material flows, planning accuracy and storage processes.
• Maintain data integrity in SAP, Zenya, APO/IBP and generate operational reports.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives across functions.
• Communicate with plant personnel, customers and service providers, acting as a trusted business partner.
• Promote safety, complete required trainings and perform SOX compliance checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in supply chain or materials management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to simplify complexity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
