SAP EWM/WM Consultant

About the role

As an SAP EWM/WM Consultant you will support the design, configuration and delivery of end‑to‑end warehouse management solutions for clients in Brussels. Working closely with senior consultants and client teams, you will deepen your expertise in SAP logistics while contributing to successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements for warehouse processes.
• Configure and customize SAP EWM and WM modules to meet client specifications.
• Prepare and execute test scripts, validate results and resolve defects.
• Develop prototypes and proofs‑of‑concept to illustrate solution options.
• Collaborate with colleagues and client stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Assist in creating training materials and support delivery to key users.
• Produce functional documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Stay current on SAP S/4HANA EWM/WM developments and related modules such as SAP MM or TM.
• Communicate professionally with technical and non‑technical audiences, asking clarifying questions and suggesting improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of hands‑on experience with SAP EWM and WM.
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
• Practical experience on SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Strong communication skills, team orientation and eagerness to learn.
• Additional SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
• Experience in a consulting environment and exposure to other SAP modules (e.g., TM, MM, S/4HANA‑EM) is beneficial.
