Supply Chain Planning Transformation Lead

About the role

As a Supply Chain Planning Transformation & Design Lead, you will own a portfolio of transformation initiatives and lead a team of consultants. You will redesign end‑to‑end planning processes for clients across South Europe while helping to grow the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple planning transformation projects from design through implementation, ensuring structured, outcome‑driven delivery.
• Guide teams and clients in redesigning demand, supply, S&OP/IBP, inventory and network processes.
• Coach and develop a team of consultants, fostering ownership, collaboration and continuous learning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning on decisions and delivering impactful outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities, shape proposals with sales, and strengthen partnerships within the planning ecosystem.
• Ensure alignment between planning design and enabling tools by working closely with solution architects and technology partners.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in consulting or supply chain transformation.
• Deep expertise in end‑to‑end supply chain planning.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex transformation efforts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior audiences.
• Structured thinker who can simplify complexity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership for delivery, people and growth.
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid model.
• Valid driver’s license (or obtain within 6 months).
