Supply Chain Officer – Maritime & Offshore Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Officer to manage warehouse and logistics operations for maritime and offshore projects based in the Antwerp area. The role supports inbound and outbound material flows for international vessels and operational teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving and shipping activities within the warehouse.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics flows by road, air and sea.
• Handle transport documentation, customs procedures and administrative follow‑up.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements and report non‑conformities.
• Work with internal stakeholders, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and corrective‑action handling.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse or supply‑chain operations.
• Experience in maritime, offshore, industrial or port environments is a strong plus.
• Understanding of multimodal transport (road, air, sea) and customs documentation.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods handling is advantageous.
• Proactive, structured and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
