Supply Chain Management Traineeship in Genk

About the role

Join Mainfreight’s three‑year Management Traineeship in Genk and gain hands‑on experience across the full supply chain. You will rotate through several operational and commercial functions, from handling freight to engaging with customers, while receiving structured training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and manage inbound/outbound shipments.
• Support sales activities, including making calls and visiting customers.
• Participate in process‑improvement projects and data analysis.
• Assist branch managers and lead small teams on specific tasks.
• Attend quarterly trainee sessions with European leadership.

Required profile

• Holder of a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
• Motivated to start a career in global logistics and supply chain.
• Willingness to rotate across different roles and locations.
