Supply Chain Consultant

About the role

We are a fast‑growing company that helps Fortune 500 organisations optimise their supply chains with smart software and services. As a Supply Chain Consultant you will guide customers through the full project lifecycle, from analysing planning challenges to delivering a smooth go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with solution architects to design clever planning solutions.
• Implement the solution end‑to‑end together with the customer’s project team.
• Provide expertise during and after implementation, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Train customers so they can maximise the value of the solution.
• Document technical descriptions for consultants and functional notes for customers.
• Travel to customer sites (approximately 20% of the time) while remaining part of the internal expert team.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills, preferably with a Master’s degree in Production Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of experience in supply chain, management consulting or software implementation consulting.
• High affinity for IT and willingness to learn a new software package.
• Basic programming skills.
• Flexibility to travel and fluent English.
• Team‑player attitude with a friendly, open demeanor.
