About the role
Join IzyCoffee for the summer season in Knokke as a Student Barista. This part‑time position is ideal for students or flex‑workers who enjoy a fast‑paced hospitality environment and want to gain hands‑on experience in specialty coffee.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and other beverages according to IzyCoffee standards.
- Welcome customers, take orders, and ensure a friendly service experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area.
- Support the team during busy periods, especially weekends.
Required profile
- Student status or eligibility for flex‑work.
- Availability throughout the summer months (June – August).
- Reliable, energetic, and customer‑focused attitude.
- Willingness to work weekends and peak‑shift hours.
