Student Barista (Summer) – Flexible Hours

About the role

Join IzyCoffee for the summer as a Student or Flexi Barista in Knokke. You will work in one of Belgium’s busiest seaside destinations, serving coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers during the peak season.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and specialty drinks according to company standards.
• Greet customers, take orders and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop and equipment.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Required profile

• Student status or eligibility for flexi work.
• Availability throughout the summer season (June – August), including weekends and busy shifts.
• Reliable, energetic and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to commute to Knokke or arrange nearby accommodation for the duration of the job.

Required skills

• Quick learning ability for coffee preparation techniques.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic cash handling competence.
