Strategy Consultant – Consulting

About the role

As a Strategy Consultant you will join Accenture Strategy & Consulting’s team that partners with senior executives to shape growth, operating models and digital transformation. You will work on high‑impact engagements for leading organisations in Belgium and globally, helping them define winning strategies and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition of corporate, business and growth strategies for clients.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, customer behaviours and financial performance.
• Develop strategic recommendations and business cases to inform executive decisions.
• Contribute to operating model design, transformation roadmaps and value‑creation plans.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives in collaboration with technology and industry experts.
• Prepare high‑quality client deliverables, including presentations, analyses and executive materials.
• Work closely with client teams and Accenture colleagues in multidisciplinary, international project teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a relevant industry role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with solid business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, team‑based environments and handle ambiguity.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch (mandatory).
