Strategic Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join a fast‑moving technology company operating in a fully distributed environment. You will work closely with senior leadership, product teams, and operational stakeholders to turn complex financial data into actionable business decisions that drive growth and shape long‑term strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple business units and growth initiatives.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on revenue trends, unit economics, customer performance, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Own monthly business reviews and quarterly reporting, delivering recommendations for executive decision‑making.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, partnerships, acquisitions, and long‑term planning.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, sales, and operations to improve profitability and business performance.
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations, memos, and reporting materials for board‑level discussions.
• Monitor financial performance indicators and proactively propose initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and competitive positioning.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or related roles within high‑growth technology environments.
• Strong expertise in corporate and business‑unit financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Experience with SaaS, software, B2C, or technology‑driven business models and recurring revenue dynamics.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner cross‑functionally with executive teams.
