Strategic Account Manager – Belgium Marketplace

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to work with top Belgian brands on its Marketplace platform and across Europe. The role combines analytical insight with commercial acumen to drive growth for third‑party sellers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with leading Belgian brands, guiding them through integration and growth planning.
• Achieve business and financial targets for Amazon’s third‑party marketplace across the EU.
• Identify and roll out scalable solutions that improve the Marketplace experience for all sellers.
• Share best practices with global teams (EU, US, Asia) and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to diagnose seller performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketplace to pinpoint category‑specific growth prospects.
• Lead cross‑functional projects aimed at enhancing customer and seller experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, plus strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Mid‑senior experience in account management, consulting, product or sales management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities, highly organized and results‑oriented.
