Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its retail locations. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales floor and stockroom.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop both management and associate teams.
• Manage staffing schedules, payroll, and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze sales reports and key metrics to make data‑driven decisions.
• Protect store assets and ensure a safe, well‑maintained environment.
• Maintain brand standards and deliver a high level of customer engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of store management or supervisory experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and French (CEFR B2 or higher).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
