Stockroom Specialist (30 hrs)

About the role

The Stockroom Specialist supports the adidas Factory Outlet by ensuring merchandise is received, organized, and available for customers. Working 30 hours per week on‑site, you will help the store meet its sales and KPI targets while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store sales and KPI targets, taking ownership to meet or exceed them.
• Execute brand customer‑service standards and act as a brand ambassador.
• Use seasonal product knowledge to assist customers and communicate product benefits.
• Follow all policies, procedures, visual‑merchandising, and in‑store communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly, replenish fixtures, and keep the sales floor fully stocked.
• Complete cash‑register transactions accurately and minimize loss in both stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform all store operations safely, collaboratively, and efficiently.
• Complete required training programs and seek coaching for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Preferably experience in a sports or fashion retail environment focused on customer service and commercial results.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
